Shipping policy
All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by our website. You will receive a confirmation email from us and the logistic system we use, as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package.
We make every effort to dispatch items within 7 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.
If you have an urgent deadline to meet please contact us with your detailed requests and we will do our best to help with a rush order according to our availability.
Cremona Studios is not responsible for duties and taxes that may be incurred once your goods reach their destination and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on cost and procedures.
