Hi beautiful!
Thank you for being here as part of this Menstrual 🔥 Revolution, which allows us to discuss what still is a taboo topic in many parts of the world (I lost a bunch of followers on Instagram posting about menstrual blood 🤔).
Let’s get down to the juice! Menstrual Blood :History, Qualities & RITUALS
Looking back in time 🔭 , menstrual blood rituals have been part of various cultures throughout history, often associated with fertility, spirituality & symbolism.
Some of the cultures:
𓁿 Ancient Egypt
ॐ Ancient India
🩸Ancient Greece
🩸Native American Traditions
🩸African Traditions
Some amazing qualities found in our menstrual blood:
❤️🔥Iron
❤️🔥Proteins (including antibodies…)
❤️🔥Electrolytes (like sodium, potassium…)
❤️🔥Stem cells
If you decide to explore some of the rituals, you may ask yourself:
~What does it mean to connect with my menstrual blood?
~How does this ritual feel? (before, during & after)
~Feel free to reach out to me, I would so love to hear from you about your experience!
🩸4 BLOOD RITUALS🩸
🔻Connect: this may seem simple but can be very powerful. if this your first blood ritual, I would recommend simply looking at your blood, connecting with it, and if you feel comfortable touching it.
🔻Earth: menstrual blood is high in nutrients! offer your blood to your house plants, your outdoor garden or a place in nature where you feel safe. make sure to dilute blood with water — out of respect to the plant/land, always ask permission before offering your blood.
🔻Crystal: choose a crystal to work with and soak it monthly with your menstrual blood for manifesting and amplifying intentions.
🔻Face Mask: this is one of my personal faves. our menstrual blood is incredibly potent and rich in stem cells! to make the mask, either use pure blood or dilute it with water, bentonite clay and essential oil.
*Please make sure to use fresh & healthy crimson red menstrual blood for rituals.
6 year ago I would be disgusted & grossed out by this ❤️🩹 I’ve been on a looong journey to reclaim my cycle and heal stories around blood shame… I’m slowly starting to see some big shifts in my life… I’ll leave this story for another time 😉
If you explore these rituals or have any questions for me please feel free to reach out, I would so love to hear from you about your experience.
So much love,
Diana ❤️
